God gave Doyle Shockley a vision to build an Ark of the New Covenant, to be used as a tool or symbol, (a visual aide) to be taken to the steps of every State Capitol in America, and gather Pastors and believers there to pray for the lost, for safety of that state, the nation, and our leaders.

The Ark was presented to believers from six states gathered at a Conference in Rexford, Kansas in the Spring of 2004. As the Ark was carried in and placed on it's stand a Pastor attending the meeting believed God said, "My Presence has been established, now I can do what I desire to do. My people have risen and are taking their positions." The Pastor saw a rippling effect of God's Presence being established from the heartland as the epicenter, rippling out to the rest of America.
